Students in Dr. Busbin’s Embedded Computing class, the capstone course of the Internet of Things Pathway, are showcasing their final projects—culminating skills they’ve developed across multiple courses. 🎮🚗 From a game with an LCD screen and toggle controls to an innovative backup camera adaptation using flashing LED lights for those with hearing impairments, these projects highlight real-world problem-solving. In CTAE capstone courses, teachers shift from direct instruction to observation, mentoring, and facilitating to give students the freedom to showcase their development and the opportunity to apply everything they’ve learned in the foundational courses. 💡💻 #IoTPathway #FutureInnovators #STEMinAction #TCHS #CTAEdelivers #4theT #CS4GA #LetsGrowTogether

TCHS Econ students in Mrs. Bowen's class spent a few days in the Media Center working on their Key Indicator Project. Mrs. Bowen gave students the opportunity to work with a partner and provided specific information that needed to be researched and graphed. Later in the week, students took a museum walk, looking at other students' graphs and chose three graphs to compare while looking for economic trends since 1970. #4theT #LetsGrowTogether
