This is a reminder that registration for the fall SAT administration is now open. You can register on Collegeboard.org to take the SAT at TCHS on Saturday, December 5th. The registration deadline is Monday, November 9th. We will accept registrations until all seats are full.
If you register on the test date, Saturday, December 5th, please report to the front entrance of Tift County High School by 7:30 a.m. We will gather in the media center, then escort you to your testing room. If you are a TCHS student, you only need to bring your fully charged Chromebook. If you are not a TCHS student, we will provide a Chromebook for you to test. We will provide a calculator for everyone. You may bring a drink and/or snack for your break. Testing will start promptly at 8:30 a.m. If you do not drive, please have transportation arranged to drop you off and pick you up on time. Please bring your current school-issued ID or valid driver's license.

⭐ Follow the marked route to the ticket table and entry stations.
⭐ All students must walk upstairs on the left side of the gym and continue through the stations before entering the dance.
⭐ The commons is for entry only—students may not hang out in this area.

The PSAT will be given on Friday, October 30th at 8:30 a.m. at TCHS. Students need to report to the school by 7:30. The student parking entrance (the entrance on Kent Rd., NOT the student drop off entrance) will be open at 7 a.m. for students to be dropped off or park if they drive (if they are a TCHS student). Students will enter the school through the student driver entrance to the commons and sit in the media center before testing. The only thing that students will need to bring is a current school ID or valid driver's license and their chromebook fully charged. For students who are not TCHS students, a chromebook will be provided for them. A calculator will also be provided for everyone. Students can bring a drink and/or snack if they would like to have it for their break. Testing should be completed by 11:00 a.m. Non TCHS students, please make arrangements to be picked up by 11:00 a.m.
Remember to go ahead and create your college board account so that you can access Bluebook before and during testing if you have not done so already. Also, be sure to explore the college board website for information on what to expect on test day, what is allowable to bring, etc. There are practice resources available as well.
