FCCLA members begin a project that centered on the importance of literacy in our community. Starting October 1st, FCCLA hosted a book drive to collect new and gently used children's books. The books were wrapped like presents with each child's name on them. Students tried to match the students with the genre and level that each teacher submitted.
As the final part of our project, on February 4, 2022, Mrs. Vance and Mrs. Webster took their FCCLA students to Northside and delivered their books to them. They even partnered with the elementary students to read their new books. #BTTY #4theT #CTAEDelivers
