Miss Fitzgerald, Charleigh Harper, visited with students at J.T. Reddick Elementary School. As part of her community service initiative, Charleigh talked with students about what it’s like living with diabetes. The students were full of questions, from what she could eat to how she checks her blood sugar levels. 💙 #wearejtr #4theT

Mrs. Matthews' class won a "Critter Party" with Destination Ag. Students in Mrs. Matthews' class participated in a pre/post assessment this past fall to enter the contest to win the "Critter Party." Today the folks from Destination Ag visited Mrs. Matthews' classroom with Lola the chicken and a beautiful oak snake. First grade traveled to the UGA Tifton campus for their annual First Grade Farm Day! They learned how to milk cows and what products can be produced from cows, including the ice cream they got to eat! Then they learned several interesting facts about chickens, and even got to pet the cutest baby chicks! 💙 #wearejtr #4theT

JTR's future 6th graders got to take place in an informative tour this morning. Our students met the administrators, heard the band and chorus perform, had the cheerleaders cheer for them, and took tours of the school building led by NEM's student leaders. Thank you so much, Mrs. Johnson and her team! We are ready for middle school! 💙 #bethebestyou #4theT
