Please be aware that G.O. Bailey Elementary will remain on soft lockdown until the end of the day. Students will be dismissed at the normal time today. Car pickup will be limited to one lane, so please be patient and anticipate car rider dismissal will be a little delayed today. Buses will be dismissed at their regular times. Parents of students who ride buses and live in the affected neighborhood areas are being contacted directly; if you have not heard directly from the school, anticipate your child’s route home will not be impacted.

🍎 GO Bailey's Sunshine committee served up sunshine one apple slice at a time! A little sunshine, a little crunch—our Apple Bar brightened everyone’s day!

Mrs. Harvin’s 3rd Grade GATE students enjoyed a fun and engaging Family Game Day! 🎲
After studying plant and animal adaptations across different U.S. regions—as well as major mountain ranges and rivers—students applied their learning in a creative way. They designed their own board games based on the content they’ve mastered, then invited their parents to come play and test their USA region knowledge.
It was a fantastic day of learning, teamwork, and family fun! 🇺🇸🌿🗺️
