Financial Aid Night at TCHS
TCHS Counseling Department hosted Financial Aid Night/11th and 12th grade workshop last night. Angie Wilson, from the Georgia Student Finance Commission, shared HOPE Scholarship, FAFSA, and college financial aid information with students and parents.  Counselors also provided SAT/ACT and grade level checklists. HOPE Scholarship, FAFSA, grade level checklists and other brochures are all available in the Counseling office.  
TCHS PROBE Fair
Students at TCHS had the opportunity to talk with representatives from different colleges during our annual PROBE College Fair. Over 50 colleges and universities visited TCHS! 
TCHS Activity Fair
The TCHS Counseling Department hosted the annual Activity Recruitment Fair today in the Commons.  Students had the opportunity to visit representatives from various TCHS clubs. We want all students to get involved!

Below is the information from the Registration/AP Parent Meeting held at Tift Co High School.
 
 
TCHS Peer-Tutoring Program
The TCHS Peer-Tutoring Program is now available to all students.
 
The program is designed to provide tutoring opportunities for students who are experiencing difficulties in the areas of Math, Science, CTAE, Foreign Language, and Social Studies.
 
Peer-Tutoring Sessions are conducted Monday-Thursday from 3:15 PM to 3:45 PM in the Career Center (TCHS Counseling Office).
Please contact your school counselor if you are interested in setting up peer tutoring sessions or becoming a peer-tutor.
 
* All students requesting peer-tutoring services MUST have a permission form on file.
 
* Students interested in becoming tutors must make an appointment with Mr. Guzman in the Counseling Office.
