Tift County High School Honors Night

Due to construction at Tift County High School, the ceremony for Honors Night has been moved to the UGA Conference Center. The conference center is located on 15 RDC Road in Tifton, Georgia. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 24th. The students will process into the auditorium at 6:15 p.m. Please arrive early to secure a seat. We are looking forward to celebrating the academic achievements of the students of Tift County High School.

TCHS Blue Devil Players present Disney's The Little Mermaid

The TCHS Blue Devil Players will be presenting Disney's The Little Mermaid. The show will be April 26 - 28 at 6:00 p.m. and April 29 at 3:00 p.m. in the Tift County High School Performing Arts Center. Tickets will be $5 for students and $10 for adults. Five TCHS Students selected as State Semi-Finalist in Georgia Governor's Honors Program

Five Tift County High students have been selected as state semifinalists in The Georgia Governor’s Honors Program (GHP).
The Georgia Governor’s Honors Program is a residential summer program for gifted and talented high school students who will be rising juniors and seniors during the program.
GHP offers instruction that is significantly different from the typical high school classroom and designed to provide students with academic, cultural, and social enrichment necessary to become the next generation of global critical thinkers, innovators, and leaders.
These students will interview with the GHP selection committee in February and finalists will be notified of their acceptance by March 30, 2018. The Governor’s Honors Program will be held June 17 – July 14, 2018, at Berry College in Rome.
